So sorry to hear about Gerry. I met him when I was manager of Frankenmuth's Senior Center, and he had volunteered to assist us. He was a very caring and hard working person, and he was very close to our clients. We kept in touch after I took another position, and he will be greatly missed, I am sure, by all who knew him.

Gerry was a good friend of my parents, Ed & Edna Loese, and through them, I got to know him. My wife and I thought very highly of him, and we send our deepest sympathies to his family.

Gerry was one of the kindest human beings I have ever met along life's path. As an employee of Wellspring I had the pleasure of conversing with him when he would cover the agency front desk or volunteering his time and talent in other ways. He was a good listener with a compassionate soul. He will be missed greatly.

May God's peace comfort you in this time of grief. As a retired pastor of St. Lorenz, I worked with Gerry in many areas of ministry and found him to be a wonderful, joyous man of faith to work with. I will miss him greatly. I wish I could be present on Thursday, but I have to out of town on Wednesday and Thursday. My prayers will be with you.

Gerry had a way to light up a room. He took care of everyone around him. He was a close friend of our family and will be dearly missed! From teaching me to wallpaper when I was a very little girl, to letting me cry on his shoulder after my grandmother passed away, Gerry had a very special way about him. Thank you for taking such good care of us, my friend! Rest in peace!
