Dear Ellen
It was sad to learn of Gerald's death; I remember him as a positive, upbeat person with a great heart while going through the 'trauma' of dental school!
His accomplishments are truly remarkable and his family can be proud of his dedication to you, them, and his profession. God bless,
Gerard (Rod) Creagh

Dr. Fox was my doctor in 1974/1975, and he was a warm, wonderful, funny guy who always cared enough to follow up and make sure I was doing okay. I'm so sorry to hear of his death, and my heart goes out to his family. I know you will miss him more than words can say, and I hope your wonderful memories will sustain you in the days and years to come.
