Gerald Keith "Jerry" Gibbs

Jerry was my 1st cousin and quite a human being. When he was 12 years old he became an Amway salesman! I still can't get over that one! We spent most of the summer of 1969 together while I stayed at our grandparents in Boston Harbor, WA. and he in his parents summer home across the street. It was the most glorious summer ever - whizzing up and down the road on Jerry's scooter - all legs as we were both so tall. It was my pleasure to know Jerry in his business capacity when I was a buyer for Celerity, and previously for InFocus. I was saddened to read of his passing in today's Oregonian. Jerry was always most kind in his business dealings, and I loved his sense of humor. He always told me I was his "Number 1" customer, as I am sure he told each and every customer.
