I enjoyed spending time with Jerry. He was my second cousin. I visited him whenever I was in Springfield from California.

One time we went hiking together in Conn. He showed me where he went rock climbing. We spotted a Copperhead snake skin while we walked in the woods. Also, he went on a lot of bicycle ride with other friends.

To the Gitberg Family,
We are so sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. We would often see him at the supermarket. Gerry would always say hello and chat and we loved his sense of humor and warm personality. You have our deepest sympathy.

I remember Gerry fondly as I sold magazines for him many years ago in the 70s. My condolences to the family. He was a great guy and a nice boss.

I grew up with George and Gerry. We lived only a street apart in the old Forest Park neighborhood.
We spent nearly every day together, during our early childhood years. My sincere condolence to Gerry's family.
Because I live in Florida I won't be able to say my personal good-by.
