I Just heard the passing Of Gerald. You have my Deepest regerts. He will be missed greatly By everyone. I remember all the good Time we had and help me while iwas chief. I will never forget him always in my heart.

From our Michigan family to yours, our deepest sympathies. Gerry, you were one of a kind...a great guy. I truly am honored to have gotten to know you since we met after 9/11. You and Dorlene welcomed us warmly after Lisa and I got to know Bart and Michelle. ITFD will just not be the same without you. You have truly left behind a "legacy" that will always be remembered. Our family's prayers are with the entire Gugel family.

A piece of Islip Terrace History is gone now it was a pleasure meeting, Knowing,and working with you. You helped make my two years as Captain a pleasure you were my third Officer i will never forget you.

My heart and sympathy goes out to all of you. I wish that I could have been there or at least have come up for the services. He was a great man and I am privlidged to have known him. I will keep you all in my prayers as you go through such a difficult time.

I know Gerry and his family a very long time, and in no way could I write everything right now, he will be missed by everyone who knew him, and if you never did get the chance, I am sorry you didn't.
He was a great man, funny, and always willing to give you the shirt off his back. My best to Dorlene, Gerald S., and Bart and the extended family.

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

You have my deepest sympathy on your loss. Gerry was a wonderful man and very helpful after my mother, Linda passed away last year. I wish I could say something to ease your pain, but I know from experience that there are no words that will do that. As long as you keep him in your hearts, he'll never truly be gone.
