Not sure what to say?

Dear Marlene, Tracey, and Frank. I was so sorry and sad when my mom told me that Jerry had passed away. I have such wonderful memories of hanging out with all of you guys. Jerry had a great sense of humor, was very generous, and kind. I will always remember the trips to camp, the candy store, and other adventures. We had a lot of great times all of us together. I always think about how he made me walk on his back, now that I make my son walk on my back. My childhood would not have been...

To Marlene & family: Please accept our sincere condolences. May God give you great strength to deal with the loss of your dear husband and father. Bernie (Marvin's brother)and Joan Lucas

Mrs. Gurtz,
I met Gerry in 1988 at Gurtz Electric office. Over the past years he has been a mentor to me. I will miss his smile, laugh and jokes. I spent many hours in his office listening to Gerry's advice about business and family issues. If I had a chance for a second dad Gerry would be that person. I like most people will miss Gerry and he will not be forgotten.
Deepest Sympathy,

Dear Marlene, Tracy, Frank, and your families,

I was so sorry to hear your sad news. I still have such fond memories of spending so much of my childhood at your ever welcoming house where your dad always seemed to have a smile for everyone. I wish you strength - my thoughts are with you.

Marlene and family,
To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die. My deepest
sympathy on your loss.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Marlene and the whole Gurtz family at this very sad time. My step father, Shelly Wolff was a dear friend of Jerry's and is in the hospital at this time. I know Shelly wishes he could be there for Jerry. He will be there with him in spirit. Shelly always spoke so highly of Jerry and will miss him dearly.

Our condolences go out to all of you at this very sad time.
