I enjoyed working with Buddy in the Bldg. & Insp. services, he always had a smile for everyone. I will remember the family in prayer that God will give you peace in this time of sorrow,

Mr. Haynes understood people and always treated everyone with dignity and respect. My Father lived across the street from Mr. Haynes for a number of years and they became good friends. Mr. Haynes was very kind and helpful when my Father's health began to fail. I will always be grateful to Mr. Haynes for his kindness toward my Father. It was always a pleasure to stop by and chat with Mr. Haynes about a wide variety of subjects. I will miss him deeply.

Buddy was a dear person and will be missed by many, many folks. May he rest in peace.
