Not sure what to say?

Paula, Heath and Lauren:
This is my second try at sending you my sympathy and let you know that my thoughts and prayers go out to you as you grieve the death of Gerald. It was such a shock. God always is there to help us through the grief we feel when someone close to us goes to be with the Lord and I know he will be with you!! I am Lisa'a grandmother and Heath and Lauren's great grandmother and I will continue to pray for you as the Lord leads. God bless each of you. Owene (Meme)

I am so glad that I got to sit by Gerald and visit with him at the basketball game he came to see Lauren play in the Saturday before he died. Gerald was a great father proud and supportive of Heath and Lauren in all that they did. He will be missed by both but never forgotten as he smiles from heaven at all their accomplishments through growth and maturity. To the Honor and Glory of God Gerald Hester...you will be missed!

To the Hester Family,
Please accept our Sympathy during this difficult time. Please know that we are thinking of you.

Gerald, was there for me when I needed a true friend. I was shocked, as was everyone when we heard the news. Heath and Lauren, I know he loved you guys so so much. Gerald, thank you more than you know, you will be missed my friend.

To the Hester family,I'm so sorry to here about Gerald. I haven't seen him or heard from him in 35 years. It was a shock. May God be with you Jerry, Paula, and Stephen.

Heath and Lauren -
I worked with your Dad at Colonial and was working to help him get a position in Tennessee so that he could be closer to you both. He was a good Man and a proud father. You were both "his light," and what he lived for. God Speed in your healing.

And bless your grandparents and Carmen.

Stephen and the rest of the Hester family,
I cannot begin to say how shocked I was to hear about Gerald.
It has been many year since we last got together, but Gerald was one of my best friends. He was there for me in times of need, but mostly he taught me how to just enjoy life as it came at you.
I will never forget the trips we took to Zion National Park, Yosemite and others. Gerald was always a joy to be around.
You and all the family will be in my prayers.

Heather

I am so sorry to hear about your brother's passing. You and your family will be in my prayers.
