As a PSO Lt Hill was my boss for 4 years. I loved the man he was more then a boss. He was a friend

One of the most intelligent men I have ever met, and one of the funniest as well. Jerry, you tried to stop a bad habit of saying a particular reference I requested many years ago when the kids were young. So, for all the times you said it away from my ears, I appreciate you in your efforts to be a considerate man. Lastly, I will be forever grateful for our talks on history and how you tolerated all the questions I had! I am proud to say I was once a daughter-in-law.

I was saddened to hear of Gerald's passing. He was a good friend of my partner Billy Jack Shaw, Adamson Class of 47. They were both in what I believe was the first operetta ever performed at Adamson, H.M.S. Pinafore. Bill and I got back together eight years ago, after both of going or separate ways, and he spoke many times of his friendship with Gerald. I am sorry that I cannot pass this along to Bill, but he died 27 April this year after a long battle with prostate cancer. Again my...
