Gerald P. Hoff, of Hatboro, passed away suddenly on Monday, April 16, 2018. He was 71. Gerald was the loving husband of Susan Hunsinger-Hoff. Born in Abington, he was a son of the late Russell D. and Ellen (nee Meehan) Hoff. In addition to his wife, Gerald is survived by his children, Jessica, Julia, and Ian Hoff; his brothers, Thomas Hoff and Stephen Hoff (Stacy Brubaker); his stepmother, Joan Hoff; and his sister-in-law, Maryanne Rea. In addition to his parents, Gerald was predeceased by his brother, R. Bryan Hoff. Gerald was an expert builder and craftsman. He loved his family, friends, and baseball. Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Friday, April 20, 2018 after 10:30 am until his memorial service at 11:30 am in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro. His interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, 4355 Orchard St, Philadelphia, PA 19124.

Very simply Jerry Hoff was a good man who made it a point to care. He was a personal friend but more than that he was a voice and presence for my sons and for that I will be forever grateful. Thank you Jerry
