Not sure what to say?

I was a classmate of Jerry's at St. Ed's- and would occasionally see him at St. Ed's football games back in the 90's. Our prayers and sympathies to the Holderbaum family. He was humble but also very kind and a truly amazing athlete, who apparently opted not to play varsity sports. May he rest in peace! Bill Hohmann, St.Edward High School, Class of 1957

We are grateful for the many examples of Uncle Jerry´s generosity and endless humor over the years. The memories we made together will remain with us forever, thank you. Paul, Linda, Evelyn and Audrey Uhlir.

I was fortunate to work with Jerry in the mill. He's a great wireman and you couldn't ask for a better partner. He was down to earth and loved the trade, he made sure it was done right. He made the days bearable when working in the mill, with his sense of humor and shenanigans. Jerry wasn't shy about calling a spade a spade either, even if he was the boss! R.I.P. Jerry ...

To the Holderbaum Family, Please accept our sympathy and condolences, Jerry will be remembered in our prayers. As a brother wireman and golf league member he was always a joy to be around!!! Very competative and even tempered. May he rest in peace. Brian P. O'Donnell Sr. & Family

I came into this world having Jerry as a big brother. I never knew any different. He taught me so much: How to drink a pop from a straw when I was only 2 How to honor my father and mother and always be thankful they are there How to work hard and not expect everything to be given to me How to use the talents and abilities that God gave me All the help he could provide no matter what the project was So many things that a big brother does for you! Jerry -- THANK YOU for all the love you...

When Ron and Jerry Holderbaum came into our house, the brothers made us a family and turned our house into a home. They always called us Dad and Mom because we always considered them our sons. We did our best to give them a home and all the love that came with it. Then Little Larry came along and they had a 'little brother'. We became a Family of five, and it always stayed at the way! Big Larry, aka Dad, made it clear before his passing, that his legacy was having 3 sons!
