Gerald Inbody

Gerald Inbody, 89, of rural Jenera, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024, at his home.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2024, and 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25, 2024, until the time of Gerald's service at 11 a.m., all at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Arrangements are being handled by CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Arlington.

Im an old Hardin Northern guy. He always had a solid handshake for me a a how you doin Kinger. We always agreed that a hand shake could be the last one any time so never miss one. We had our last hand shake last basketball season. It is cherished. Just found out he passed today.

Great person and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.

Coach was more than a coach and teacher, to myself as well as many young men during school days at The Plains. He was an example, how better to represent school and community. I feel blessed to have had in my life. Rest in Peace coach.

Coach was a blessing in my life. Both as my football coach at The Plains, and later in our many phone calls. He was a man of faith in Jesus as his Lord and Savior. His family met living worthwhile. My condolences!
