Not sure what to say?

My mother was secretary to Rabbi Klein I believe in the 70s. Although she was not Jewish, she had had no problem working with him. She said he was a real gentleman and ran a tight ship. She enjoyed her years working for him. My condolences to his family. Unfortunately, my mother, Alice Stubbs passed away in 2001 but I know she would want me to pass this message on to his children. Fay Stubbs Charnick.

We feel blessed to have been married by Rabbi Klein in 1990 and for his counseling with my wife's induction to Judaism. He was a thoughtful and caring man and we will never forget him.

What a loss of a wonderful man! He has helped so many! They don't make men like this anymore! He will be missed by so many! What a large loss for Dallas and Temple Emanuel

May G*d bless the memory of this brilliant, scholarly, wise, gentle and righteous man!

He was a good man.

God bless you Rabbi Klein and your family. Thanks you for all you have done, especially for my late mother Ruth. You are an inspiration to as all.

I have very special memories of Rabbi Klein. His was the class I always attended during my confirmation year. He officiated over the funeral services for both of my parents. And we brought our daughters from Pennsylvania to Dallas so that he could do their namings. I will always cherish a recent note we received from him on the occasion of our oldest daughter's bat mitzvah last summer. May his memory be a blessing.

Rabbi Klein was at Temple Emanu-El as long as I remember. He was always there for our family - all 5 confirmations, our wedding 29 years ago last week, our family reunion and many family funerals. We were honored that he officiated at my mother's funeral on Mon. He will be missed by us very much.

Rabbi Klein knew five generations of our family and presided over the major rites of their lives. His generous, deeply caring spirit will be greatly missed. My condolences to Joyce, Alan and the entire family.
