Not sure what to say?

Thoughts of you and your family come to mind this holiday time.
We had many happy memories getting together with our Uncle, Aunt, and cousins. We certainly were a big bunch, but we always had someone to count on! Uncle Jerry was always interested in our activities. He made us each feel special and unique. He treated us like adults who had something interesting to say, rather that children who should be seen and not heard. As you remember the times spent together, may they bring a smile to...

I worked with Dr. Koos during my time as nurse manager in surgery at ANW. He was also my father's doctor. He was a wonderful person personally and to work with. Such great gifts he possessed!! I also recall the summer that Shaun worked with us in Surgery. I wonder if he remembers that? Blessings to the family on their loss.

Mary Jo - We go back to the GA campus and XIK, but I remember Jerry as one of the "good guys" in this world. Nord Osland

While a young nurse at Northwestern Hospital 40 years ago in pediatrics, I became a fan of sorts of this wonderful, calm urologist who was never hurried or impatient. Also visited Gerry and Mary Jo at their Lutsen lake home. What a wonderful life they have had--6 terrific kids and the enjoyment of grandkids as they grew older. You will be missed by many.

ANd Bud too!

Our love and condolences reach across the miles to you. Uncle Jerry has always been such an important part of my life . . . while growing up and enjoying the fun of cousins and families and on to the support and validation that he always gave. He had such a gentle strength, and lived it through every circumstance. It was a joy to be with him and Mary Jo when I was in Mn. this summer.

I know you will all miss him so very much, but he's left the important parts of his life with you....
