GERALD J. LEBLANC

It has been my pleasure and privilege to have known Jerry for the past six years as a fellow board member on the Architectural Access Board. He was a fierce and fearless warrior in the fight to secure respect and access for men and women with disabilities. I particularly admired his work in combatting fraud and abuse relative to handicapped parking plates and placards. I will miss him. My sincere condolences to his family.

Jer will be missed -he was a champion in not only fighting for ADA but I couldn't never seem to best him in cribbage which I had always "thought" I was pretty good at. Thanks for the schooling Jer ;)
