To Gerald's family, I send my deepest sympathy. He and I were friends from grammar school through high school and on into adulthood. I never knew a single negative thing about him. I was comforted by his wise counsel and Godly wisdom during times of grief in my own life. He was a wonderful man and his influence will go on in the lives of all who knew him. May you be comforted knowing that he has joined his Heavenly Father with Whom he surely enjoys great favor.
