Gerald Leo "Jerry" Meyerson

A great friend, a generous man, & a great golf partner.

My Mother told me just this morning of Mr. Meyerson's passing. My father worked for him for nearly 25 years at 300 King St- Richard's Men's Wear. My brothers and I spent many hours sitting patiently on the old bench that greeted patrons at the front of the store. No matter how busy he was, Mr Meyerson took the time to ask each of us about school and our sports. My own father died 10 years ago and Mr Meyerson called my mom from California, sharing comforting and supporting words that meant so...

I am so sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. So strange because I'm taking my son to Charleston, SC for spring break and wanted to look you up. The last time we were there was in 2000. Jerry was so close to Dad and Mary Gail, and they spent so many winters in the Palm Springs area. I'll get the word to Mary Gail's daughter, who looks after her. My very best to Jane and the rest of the extended family.
