My Darling,

Well it has been a week since the funeral and it doesn’t seem any better. I get through the morning by going to work and not stopping, but driving home my world comes crashing down around me again.

Kitty tries to hold me up by being there at times and even Jay calls most days, when I don’t cut him off. Friends call – Evelyn and Elaine – but I just can’t talk about you – the void you left – the emptiness of the house – I just don’t know...

Jerry,

I only had the pleasure of knowing you a short time, We met at Tina and Craig's picnic last July. My husband and I enjoyed your company, we loved to listen to your stories and the way you laughed. May god watch over you now.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Daddy
I will always miss you. I'm not sure what we will do without you to tell us we are doing something the wrong way (especially Steve).
There will always be a Michon's garage no matter how or where we are. I miss you so much, I'm sorry I couldnt help get you through this, I tried, but I guess I failed again, I am so sorry Daddy. Please watch over mom and Jay I think they will need you for a while more and the kids too.

My Darling,

This has been the hardest time of my life. In a short few months, we went from planning for our future together in retirement to saying goodbye forever.

I want you to know that I have loved you from the first time I saw you at the Top Hat. You were so jovial, happy and different from anyone I ever met. You made everyone you came in contact with feel special. I loved watching you skate. You were so graceful and talented. I wished we could skate like that...
