Not sure what to say?

As a current staff member at Penn State, I only had the opportunity to work with Dr. Moser on a few occasions, but I was always struck by his incredible energy and dedication. He was tireless in his efforts to keep the Portuguese program vital and interesting, something that was greatly appreciated, especially by the undergraduate students. The way he lived his life was an inspiration, and he will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I was sorry to read about your dad. I hope things are otherwise well with you.

I was a student of Dr. Moser the first year he came to Penn State and took classes with him in Spanish and Portuguese. He was an excellent and inspired teacher and later became a dear friend. He and his family visited us frequently over the years, and we saw them from time to time in State College. My husband and I remember him and his wife fondly.
