Gerald "Jerry" Oppenheim

I'm very sad to learn of Gerald's passing! I was his sophomore roommate at Penn. Unfortunately, I didn't keep in touch with him except for one visit to New Haven a year or two after we graduated. Condolences to his family. May his memory be a blessing. I've been thinking of him especially now that our 65th Penn reunion is coming up this May.

Mom and I will miss Gerry greatly. We nodded our heads and smiled while reading the obituary, remembering all the wonderful traits and memories written about Gerry. We will miss him so very much. He reminds us of my dad Herb so much- soft-spoken, kind and gentle, and the love of music. Sorry we arent able to console you in person but please take comfort knowing we are with you still.
