Deepest condolences to the family. Jerry is one of my favorite people I have known and I think about him more often than I do of most people. I am his "across the street neighbor" in Richmond and spent 15 years learning from the best. Jerry was always there to help a neighbors or at least tell a story. Cheers to a great man, and Go Bears!

I am deeply saddened by the news of Jerry's passing. Jerry and I graduated from Puente Union High School in 1957. Our tight group of friends included Mike Short, Lloyd Wilson, Paul Hannah, Tom Webb. When Jerry and I were in Germany, he introduced me to Ingrid Hammar, a Swedish woman working for the US Army. That introduction led to our marriage.
