Not sure what to say?

Jerry, You were once in my life 40 years ago when I was a young girl and your family took me in. Even though I was a young child, I could discern how genuine of a person you were. You were a kind, patient and caring person to me. I thank you for those qualities and I thank you for taking me under your wing all those many years ago. The memories of you are still with me all these years later. I am grateful that our paths crossed. I wish I could have met and spoke to you again before your...

Uncle Jerry, its been a whole year since you have gone, and it has been so hard. there have been so many times where I wanted to call you and ask you for advice or just to hear your voice. I miss you so much, take care of Ryan and Grandpa for me. I love and miss you.

I was friends with Jerry in high school. He was a lot of fun, he used to take me to jump the fence to the pool and we were always getting in some type of trouble, but i will never forget him. my condolences to you and your family.
You must all miss him very much.
