Not sure what to say?

Your voice may be hushed in person and in radio, we still remember you today and forever more. Dr. Darlene Ruffin-Alexander

He was a very nice man who will speak and make a woman feel beautiful. You can't be replaced.

R.I.P Granddaddy Jay

My condolences to the family of Gerald Ruffin. So sorry for your loss. I never got a chance to meet him in person, but we were long distance friends through my brother, Albert Tillman III. He always made me laugh no matter how bad I was feeling. He will truly be missed.

Deepest Sympathy to the Ruffin family.
Cathy Landin (Channel 4 co-worker)

To my Grandfather, though time may have ran out we will all always love you, the countless nights we spent at grandma house laughing keeping up noise and misbehaving will remain with us until the end of time. I wont ever forget the Grandfather that made me feel like a giant when he came through the door and raised me in the air so i could touch the ceiling. I love u Granddaddy Jay and may you and Grandma and Mommie my mother and aunt steph all rest in heaven
