Gerald "Jerry" Rusk

I just learned today that Jerry died two years ago. His passing happened just a few months after my daughter suddenly passed, so I wasn't really in communication with anyone to learn of this. I do want to express how sad I feel now. I liked Jerry a lot. We had many talks after Monday night basketball. We spoke of Indiana High School Basketball, the Navy, and the Lord. Early in the Sunday service, during Meet and Greet, I always sought him out to say Good Morning, but didn't talk to long...

Worked with Jerry bringing him many Viton samples...What a pleasure to stop and talk with him...He always called me bub. Blessings to the family.Rest easy Jerry

Jerry was always a sweet man. He always had something uplifting to say! He will be deeply missed in our Wednesday night bible study. He truly was a man with a heart for God❤ Prayers for Arlene and family

I worked with Jerry @ DuPont Chambers Works as a lab technician. My family and I would vacation @ Cherrystone Campground in Cheriton Va. and visit with him and Arlene at their campsite. He would take us out fishing on the bay also. Jerry was a gentle and kind soul. Going to miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. RIP

Sorry to learn of Jerry's passing. I worked with him at Chambers Works and on occasion commuted with him to work. He was a genuinely nice guy and I enjoyed his stories about his high school classmates whenever the movie "Hoosiers" was on tv. Blessings to his family.
