Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Ryan and family, I am friends with your daughter, Jackie. She is an amazing lady and I feel blessed to be able to call her my friend. Clearly, Jackie benefited from a wonderful family upbringing with two loving parents. What a rich blessing for all your children! I am very sorry for your loss.

Alice, my friendship with Gerry began with the fraternity, augmented as roomates, ending with this sad news. I know Irene would join me in remembering the good times we both had with both of you. Our love to you. Ed McComb

Aunt ALice and Family,

I remember good times and dinners at your house with Uncle Jerry and the familly. Ourthoughts and prayers are with you and all the Ryans.

When at age 25 I began my first career job, Gerry Ryan was the first person in the office to introduce himself. He was the first one to invite me to lunch. He made easy my introduction to the working world. Then, for 10 years, whenever things weren't going well, Gerry always listened and gave support and encouragement.
Gerry, we'll miss you. Surely there was applause and cheering in Heaven when your great soul came marching in.

Mrs. Ryan and Family, Thank you for welcoming ElderCaring into your home to care for Mr. Ryan. All the aides thought of him as a sweet and kind man. Peter Weeks, Jeanne Swift-Wheeler and all the gals who worked at your home.

Alice Mary and myself are deeply saddened on hearing of Gerrys passing we will remember the happy time we spent with you both in DC and New York Happy we saw you both at O'Toole delt sig christmas lunch in Bowie
all our love to you and the fanily

Alice and Family. I really will miss Gerry, my fraternity brother from Georgetown 61 years ago. He was one of the finest men I have ever known--extremely intelligent, great sense of honor and also of humor. I regret living so far away from him all these years, but I was able to see him and you a couple of years ago which was very fortunate. My deepest sympathy for your great loss. He will never be forgotten as a great man.

Uncle Gerry, Thanks for all the wonderful times we had together. There will always be a place in the heart for you. Love you and will miss you.

Uncle Gerry, I vividly remember spending summers at your house with you, Aunt Alice and family.. Oh what fun we had, and what mischief Nancy and I would get in. I will always have those fond memories and more to cherish for years to come. I'm going to miss you.
