Gerald was born on June 10, 1934 and passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019. Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2019 at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Visitation will also be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Calvary Bible Church in Bourbonnais. Interment will follow at Mound Grove Cemetery in Kankakee. Memorials may be made to Calvary Bible Church in Bourbonnais, Life Action Ministries in Buchanan, MI, or Hospice of Kankakee Valley.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences. When we lived in Wheaton and Gerry and Marge were in Winfield we had some special times together. We also appreciate his time and consideration in visiting and comforting my dad and mom, Willard and Lola Unzicker during some difficult times of poor health. Finally, our children also went to Wheaton North and we always had some good conversations about the schools. Our heart and prayers go out to you and your family
