Gerald "Jerry" Stanford

So sorry for your loss.Jerry was such a hard working man,he worked so hard to make his yard beautiful.He loved working outdoors.He helped us with our lawn and snow plowing for years.He will be sadly missed.

Dear Family Members, All Our Prayers! So sorry! My mom Evelyn Block Tomaszewski went to school with Jerry. We would run into him at the stores. Always a smile! He hung with a group who squared dance and I went to fill in we all has so much fun and at his birthday party! Jerry invited my family to his cottage my children age 3 & 5 really enjoyed the boat trip but mostly at night when we were chasing the bats that came in. We laughed so hard no one could go back to sleep...

Sorry for your loss. While I do not recall meeting Jerry my father, Thomas (Tom) Brell, also worked at/did deliveries for the Brell grocery store. Pete & my grandfather, Clarence, were brothers, making Tom Brell & Evelyn Brell Stanford first cousins. Tom is 97 & resided in Maumee until six years ago, when he moved to Swan Creek senior living facility in south Toledo.
