Greatest sweetest caring doctor I ever met

First let me send prayers to the family that they may be comforted. I was truly fortunate to have come across Dr Truesdales path in life. He ended working on myself, my sister and both of my children. With each child, he was waiting at the ER by the time we arrived. The comfort that was , was immeasurable. I am just learning of Dr. T's passing today and must say, it was a gut punch. I thought so much of him. I met him in the Emergency Room after my four year old had badly injured herself and needed his expertise. During the time in which he was stitching her back together, he learned of my goal to become a PA and invited me to earn clinical hours in his office. I am just seeing this in 2024. But Dr Truesdale was my mother's doctor back in the '80s and '90s he was wonderful to her God rest his soul!

I appreciate that I was able to have a contact with Dr. Truesdale many years after we both attended William Penn High School. I pray that good memories continue to comfort and sustain his family and that family members continue his legacy of excellence and service to others.

Today is when I learned of Dr. Truesdale's passing and I am truly saddened by this! My deepest condolences and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time of bereavement. Dr. Truesdale was a phenomenal Dr. I felt so comfortable and very impressed with his knowledge during our consultation and I hire him. Needless to say, The outcome surpassed my expectations!! THE BEST DR. EVER!!! Thanking God for the gift of knowing him and for allowing our paths to cross! Such an AMAZING soul!!

How great a man and friend and colleague was Dr.Gerald Truesdale! We shared years together performing complicated surgical procedures, improving patients' lives and giving in the spirit of our Lord and Savior Jesus. What a privilege for me to have known Dr. Truesdale. His life's force will be truly missed. My profound sympathies and prayers to Althea, Jessica, Gerard and all who loved him.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Truesdale. What a wonderful man he was and a surgeon like no other! He changed my life! I will be forever grateful to this man! RIP, my friend. Simone Dodd 7/9/2022
