Jerry was my best friend for 34 years, and I could have asked for a better friend. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and trusted friend. Words cannot express the loss of such a wonderful man. He leaves a hole in our hearts than can never be replaced. I am terribly saddened to hear of Jerry's passing. He was an amazing man with a brilliant mind. While fighting my own battle, he never failed to ask "how you doin' kid?"
