Gerald Norbert Vincent, 80, of Vine Grove, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016.A committal service with military honors is at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff.Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Vine Grove is in charge of arrangements.
