Not sure what to say?

Dear Jim and family, this is something I just heard about today, 10/3/08 from Diane Doolin. I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your dad and sorry too about losing touch over the years. I remember a lot of your dad at your wedding and I know you are coming up to the one year anniversary and how sad a time of year this is for you and your family. My thoughts are with you- God bless. Mary Jane Harpley

Dear Walsh Family,
I graduated high school with Andrew and more recently was a client/friend of Jerry for the past 12 years now. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I fondly remember our lunches at Bainbridges together, long chats and his sage advice he instilled in me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time. He was a great man and will be missed very much.

Nan
I cannot express how sorry I was to hear of Jerry's passing. He was my roommate the 1st year at Bates.
Take care of yourself and may God bless
his soul.

Nan, So sorry to hear about Jerry. My memories are of a handsome vibrant Bates man. Rae Adams Burke

Dear Mrs. Walsh and the entire immediate and extended Walsh family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. Jimmy, really sorry to hear about your Dad.

I was both shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of your father taking me out to dinner as a struggling plebe at the Naval Academy. It was very funny to see my upperclass humbled when he arrived on deck in uniform.
He will be missed!

Nan:
Patricia and I are very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.

Your Bates classmate:

Dear Nan and Family,
We are so, so sorry to hear about Jerry. He was such a wonderful, fun loving man - we will never forget his strolls around our neighborhood, his mowing of the grass, and his love for and pride in all of you. We love you and we are heartbroken.
Love,
Katy, Steve, Alex and Jen

Mrs. Walsh, Jim, Mike and Andrew,
We were shocked to hear the news about Mr. Walsh. Please know that we are thinking of all of you during this very difficult time.
