Dear Lucy and kids,

With deep, deep sorrow we just learned of Gerry's departure. This so sad message brings up so many good memories of a person and family whom we considered as true neighbors!
Of cause our passage is not unlimited in time. The way you brought up the kids became for us a model, a guide towards long term success and happiness as family as well as individually.
Please give our warmest condolences to all the family and we certainly will carry his memories for long...

Lucy & Family

I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss. PLease know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

His life was not long enough, yet what a comfort to know you will see him someday. George and I so enjoyed meeting Coach and admired him as an individual. Also, we learned where Greg and Austin got their wit:) With love and prayers, Jan and Georg DeVries

Lucy & Family,
We were deeply saddened to read of Jerry's passing. He was an outstanding executive at Upjohn, a friendly face at the Kalamazoo Country Club, a strong supporter of the Crooked Lake Association, and a wonderful family man. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you.
