Not sure what to say?

I attended the Colorado Springs Police Academy with Jerry in 1983. He had recently left the U.S. Army before joining the police department. Jerry was one of those guys who was larger than life and who always stood out. I lost contact with Jerry after the police academy, and just recently learned of his passing. I just wanted to send my condolences to Jerry's family and to tell them what they already knew...he was a good and decent man. Rest in peace, Jerry.

Jerry was a great guy. I remember him when I worked at ENT and then seeing him again while working for the courts; he never changed and always had a great sense of humor. My deepest condolences to the family.

Jerry we had many laughs together when we worked together at Ent. You could always make me laugh when you would come into my office and dance around saying "I'm so cool, I gotta wear shades". We had many discussion about our beloved Michigan and our families. I will truly miss you but when I think of you I will always smile. Rest in peace my old friend.

Truly a unique soul and a shining light! Thanks for having my back...your sense of humor....and your friendship.....God Bless...

Jerry,
Rest in Peace my friend. We are really going to miss you!
