To the Cerqueira Family,
I was told today of Gerri's death and as I reflected back on teaching at Thacker and getting to know Gerri I was reminded of her smile and gentleness. It was a pleasure to know her and to teach her children. Betty Ferguson

I'm going to miss bumping into Gerri at Pizza City when I'm in town. She was a good woman and I have such fond memories of her when we all played softball together. I believe I met your family in Mrs. Ferguson's class...it's been a long time. :)

God bless you guys...I pray your memories of "mom" comfort you when you need it most.
