Not sure what to say?

My condolences go out to the Ferraro and Pontonero family.

Dear Frank,
My mother and I just learned today that your wife has passed. We are deeply saddened to hear the news of your beloved Gerry. At this time, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
We wish that we could of been at her services to show our support and love for your family.
Please know that you have an open invitation any time here in upstate New York.

Gerry was a one in a million baseball grandma. When we become moms, we try to take after the great mothers we have met in the past. Gerry has taken that one step farther. There are many moms that have met her, who hope to be the grandma she was. I only knew Gerry a short time, but when I get to those times in life when I wonder what it takes to become a strong woman and good mother, she always comes to mind.

Frank and Gerry's Children, I am so terribly sorry to hear of Gerrys passing. She fought a great fight for all these years. I remember her as a tough little fighter. I have many memories of her and her family when we lived on James Street. My deepest sympathies are with you all. Sincerely,
Carol Walker Chiarello

Uncle Frank and family-
Sending thoughts and prayers your way as I recall fond memories of Aunt Gerry from your house in New Hartford to getting to see you at Thanksgiving a couple of years ago in Florida. She was an amazing woman and true role model for living a life full of family, faith and love. She will be missed.

Frank -- we are holding you and your family close in our thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry to hear this.

I never met Gerry personally, just spoke on the phone and she was always willing to talk and always returned the phone call when busy. I am sorry for your lose.

Dear Frank, Michael, Chrissey and family; words cannot express how broken hearted Larry and I are for all of you. We've know you and Geri since Michael was 5 years old and you have always been such a big part of our lives and our family. I'll never forget how much I loved Geri's zest for life and what a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother she was. I can still picture her walking into the highway dept. when I worked there. She was so tiny, but it was as if a small tornado came through...
