Not sure what to say?

I have very fond memories of 4th grade at Holy Trinity in Mrs. Grega's Class. She was a great teacher and a classy lady. My condolences to her family.

Mrs Greta was one of mine and my sisters favorite teachers at Holy Trinity. My sister Chris Centurelli was in her class in 1964 and I had her in 1968. Chris also helped watch or play with Fran when she was in kindergarten. Great memories.

What a special lady Mrs Grega was!! I had her as my teacher at Holy Trinity School and my daughter had her while she attended Arthur Slade. Always prepared for her teachings and I always thought she delivered her message in a class act style. My sympathies to her family. Julie Lamartina

Mrs. Grega was my 4th grade teacher around 1970. I don't recall specific details about her teaching. I just remember feeling safe and "heard" in her class. I was very shy at that time and she made me feel important and worthy. In 8th grade, another student and I were chosen to visit Mrs. Grega's class, periodically, to help tutor some of her students. It felt great to be back in that classroom and it was a wonderful confidence booster.

Lean on God during your time of mouning. Psalms 91:2

May your fond memories and God's world comfort you through this difficult time. Psalms 119:50,76

Gerry was a very special person who truly lived her life enjoying her friends and making their lives interesting.

Mrs.Grega was one of my favorite teachers at Slade and probably one of the reasons I became a teacher. I fondly remember her enthusiasm for teaching Social Studies. I can also remember her having a Super Sleuth Club in which she challenged us with brainteasers of all kinds. One of my greatest memories was being able to visit her at her home in Southgate with another student and she would invite us in to show us her porcelain doll collection. Such great memories of a wonderful lady. God...
