Not sure what to say?

Mildred ,
Please know that we are so sorry to hear about your mom. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Mrs. James was such a kind and caring person who was so active and vibrant. We really miss her smile and friendliness.

My family knew the James' family from the Flint YMCA swim team and the Flint Olympics in the '70's. Those were some good days. Her and Mr. James were such good people. She was a such a pleasant, delightful lady. I can still see her warm smile like it was yesterday. A full life, well lived.

Geraladine or mrs. James as we called her. Unbelievable memories we were part of her family, she loved Adam now coach of Flint olympics and Canusa . Spend many hours with her at the pool for many years and Canusa dinner. She was so special to us and all the swimming community of genesee county/flint. May you Rest In Peace dear lady. The Coopers. Sandy, Gary, Jeff and Adam

I first met Mrs James in the pool at Flint Northwestern High School. I was her swimming teacher. This began a lifelong friendship through Flint Olympian and CANUSA Games participation and support. It was always such a joy to see her and her wonderful smile! Mrs. James will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Fred and I send our condolences to the entire James family. My you find peace in the many fond memories and years you had together.

Geraldine will always be remembered for her giggle, smile, hugs
and absolute willingness to do Anything she could for the Flint Olympian & CANUSA Games. R.I.P

A light has gone out. Geraldine was one of the warmest, friendliest people you could meet. Her laughter and smile were contagious. Her concern for her community and children was undaunting. She loved to be with people. Geraldine was the designated "Cheerleader" for the Genesee County Senior Winter Games even after she could no longer participate. She was a greeter at Krapohl and walked the halls of some of the Flint Community Schools checking on her students. We will remember her with a...

Miss Geraldine was like a staple at our office and we always looked forward to her visit. Whether it was to adjust glasses or simply say hi, we have been missing her smile but we know she is at peace, and is being welcomed into the house of our Lord. We wish her family well, and will keep all of you in our prayers.
Sincerely,
