You always told me to push on a press forward and don't be discouraged. You told me to keep my head up high and keep going. You made it clear that you would always be here. So, that is why I dedicate this poem to you:

BE NOT DISCOURAGED
Be not discouraged of the future
and what the world holds without me....

I've taught you how to overcome great obstacles that once were misunderstood....

Mamadear, or as I would say Geraldine Rose, you my lady and I'm your girl. I miss you sooooo much. there is not a minute that goes by where you don't cross my mind. I will always be Too-Fru! I hear your voice in my head now-"Too-Fru, comere and take these rollers out and grease my scalp..." You left a lot of love for us to feed off of and I keep going back for seconds. I love you Ole Woman...

If yellow roses grow in heaven, Lord, then pick a bunch for me. Place them in my AuntieDear's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her that I Love Her and I Miss Her and when she turns to smile, place a kiss on both of her cheeks and hold her for awhile. Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day, but there's an ache in my heart that will never go away. ( R.I.P. AuntieDear I really did love you so much!!! (This is from Tiga!)

Mamadear you are missed dearly i will love and remember you always in a day in a life time. your granddaughter and like you always said "That's my old stand by" she crazy but she's mines..

To the Family of Sister Rose;
