Dear Ken and all the cousins (Rogus and Terek families)

At my Mom's funeral almost 17 yr ago Gerrie told me she would write to me as she did not want to lose touch with my part of the family. I so enjoyed getting letters from her every so often and shared them with my sisters (Alice and Sue) after I had replied.

She kept us informed of your accomplishments , new family member etc.

I have many, many childhood memories of the get-togethers that would occur with my mom and dad, Marty and Jeanne Haske, with Walt and Gerrie. They were all very close at the time and had a wonderful time together. I know they are all up in heaven now carrying on as they used to do. My deepest sympathies goes to the family and friends of Gerrie. I am sure she will be missed by many.

Cioci Gerrie was truly loved for the wonderfully sweet and elegant lady that she always will be. She was the peacemaker, one whom I never heard utter a cross word about anyone or anything. A terrific sense of humor and I'm so blessed to be part of her extended family. She'll remain in my heart and memories as my favorite aunt always. My kids adored her as well and while we all shed a tear at her passing, we smile at the same time wishing her a peaceful journey and ever...
