Not sure what to say?

4 PM Now it is the time on Saturday when Geri's multitude of loved ones are gathering. I am far from there, but deeply tocuhed by this impossible turn of events. As you are sharing your rememberances and support, I am focusing also on the life of this remarkable woman. Her spirit will never truly leave us, so great were her gifts.

Geri, I met you 40 years ago. I love you and will miss you forever. it's hard right now to look ahead knowing you're not here. Beautiful, talented, incredibly kind Geri, I'm so grateful for all those years and so sad that I'll never see you or talk to you again. My heart is in pieces.

I will forever be grateful to Geri for all that she did to help "mother" both Brian and Charlotte into the wonderful young people they are today. For 24 years we shared those duties and I love her for it. I will miss spending holidays and special occasions together watching the kids and the grandbabies laugh and play. I'll toast her fondly with every glass of chardonnay. Here's to a life well lived. Peace be with you, Geri and with you also, John. Much love.

So deeply sad to say goodbye to my dear Geri. She was an inspiration in my life and in countless others. There was no one else like her.
