Not sure what to say?

Fr. Cleary was so good to me during several surgeries, making sure that I "received Jesus" when unable to attend Mass. He was a dear, precious man and I have always claimed him as my "shepherd" whether he was here at OLV or not.

thank you Father Cleary for all the years of service at Our Lady of Victory church in Pascagoula and thank you for being there when I needed you you were truly an angel on earth and now you are our guardian angel

Rosary & I have many good memories of Fr. Cleary during our days in Gautier. We especially hold dear those days when he would just drop in to see what was cooking and he'd stay if he liked the menu. He was/is a really good priest and we'll miss him.

Thank you Fr. Cleary for your sincere pastoral care at St. Mary's, Gautier.
Rest in Christ's peace...

I remember playing "cops and robbers" with him in our den in Gauthier. He would literally get on his hands and knees and hide behind couches and chairs. What a joyous man and faithful priest. We were blessed to know him.

Father Cleary is the first priest I remember! Bless his transition and his entire family!

Father Cleary was our first pastor when we moved to Gautier, Mississippi in 1971. He lived in a mobile home next to the old mission church that could not hold all the parishioners on Christmas and Easter. Father Cleary was a real trooper in the growth of the new diocese of Biloxi. Rest in peace, Gerard.

You are in our prayers from the Gentiva Hospice Family.

May God bless Fr. Cleary for all his service to God and his people. He will be sorely missed.
