Not sure what to say?

Gerard delivered my first born. I always thought he was one of those people that lived 1000 lives by the few eye widening stories he told me. I’ll never forgot a one that was ignited when I came into the office wearing a Mountain Hardwear jacket. He couldn't believe that a good friend he summited a mountain with had actually made his adventure clothing dream happen He showed me the awesome summit photo in the hallway with an inspiring story to follow. I wish I could have heard some more

Seeing a football player with a similar name made me Google Jerry. I went to medical school with him and nothing in this obituary surprises me. He was always a very special person.

To all of his family so sorry to hear this. We have a promise from God His name is Jehovah that we will see him again. Jehovah promises to bring all our loved ones back. You will see Jerry again! In the meantime stay strong use the power of pray. Stay close to God.

i was blessed to have shared a few very cool years with Gerard while he shared a building with us in Port Jervis, New York...our family was also very blessed to have shared the birth of my grandson, Zach Morris with Gerard as the delivery physician..i have some beautiful photographs of him during that delivery that we will cherish forever..we shared some poignant moments together as well as just plain fun times...i am saddened by his untimely death..there must be some other critical work to...

I worked with Jerry here in Boston. I was his receptionist. I was in awe of him, just thinking how many babies he delivered, how many souls he helped bring into this world, how amazing is that?

He had a Christmas party the year he lived on Marlborough St. We played Pictionary the lefty's vs the righty's and we were on the winning team. I also got to go sailing with Jerry and some of our mutual friends, it was so much fun. Jerry was a big fan of my toll house cookies,in fact he was...

So sad to hear the news of Dr. Droege's passing. I worked with Dr. Droege in the OB/GYN practice in Port Jervis,NY. He always had the most interesting stories. He kept us entertained. I also had the pleasure to spend Christmas Eve with him in 2006 at my parents home. He got to sit on Santas lap and even received some presents from him. He was thrilled. It was the last I saw of him before his move to Arizona. I will always have those memories. What a great guy who loved life. Will miss...

I am honored to have taught Jerry biology and some advanced biology courses at St Francis Borgia High School in Washington, MO. He is a tremendous person witnessing to how to live! My sympathy to the family

My sympathy to all the Droege family. What a bright and wonderful man Gerry was!

Family of Gerard,
