"GERRY" FANTA, age 56, beloved husband of Lucinda (nee Davis); loving father of John (Victoria), Katie, Martin and Coletta Fanta and London Griesey; dear son of Clare (nee Magyar) and the late Frank; brother of Mary Clare (Gene), Pattie, Frank (Heidi), Rev. Thomas, Mark (Robert), Robert (Mary) and Therese (Sheila); son-in-law of Linda Davis and the late Phillip Davis; brother-in-law of Lori Smith (Rex) and Lyn Davis; uncle, cousin and friend of many. Passed away suddenly January 29, 2024. Funeral Mass Saturday, February 3, St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted) at 10 A.M. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). We are so sorry to hear about Gerry's passing. He truly was one of the funniest guys we knew. Laughing with him during our college years brings back amazing memories of all the good times at Mercyhurst. He will be missed and his family will be in our thoughts and prayers as they navigate this sudden loss.
