Jerry was my best friend and my best man at my wedding. We were friends for 30 years, meeting each other on 2 meters 144.455 simplex, 220 and even 28.555 when he traveled to Puerto Rico. We went to Washington Rock NJ and set up our ham radio station on the picnic table and made a few contacts. I remember our nightly visits to the Diners, Benningans, and bars in South Amboy on Rt 35.
