Not sure what to say?

It is with fondness that I remember the gentle touch, the kind words, and the wisdom of Dr. VanGronigen during his time in St. Louis. Trinity Christian Reformed Church was greatly helped and encouraged during the years he and Harriet were here. Our sympathy to Harriet and the many other family members. To God be the glory for a life well spent in His service.

We have fond memories of Dr. George preaching at Trinity CRC in St. Louis, during his and Harriet's time in St. Louis. He baptized our daughter Rebekah, during the time Trinity was between pastors.

My sincere sympathy to your entire family. I have kind memories of Dr. George stepping forward to marry our son some 20+ years ago. It was a difficult time for us and the love and concern Dr. George and Harriet showed that couple made an indelible mark on their lives. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of grief. May the many memories you must all have of this wonderful, Christian man bring comfort in the coming days.

Our condolences to the entire VanGroningen family. We have thought of you often during the years and remember times spent with you, George and Harriet, or affectionately Dr. & Mrs. VG, both in Mississippi and then in St. Louis.
