I am so sorry to hear about Gerhard. I was a nurse at Mercy Heart Center and got to know Gerhard well over many years. I loved hearing about all his life experiences, from growing up in Germany, coming to the United States, meeting Greta on the voyage over here and how he landed in Muskegon. He was an incredible woodworker and I was amazed at the things he made. He was a definitely a man of many talents. I will never forget him.
