Happy Heavenly Birthday my Beautiful Doctor. I miss you so much. You were amazing doctor and a good friend. It's been five years and I have not found a medical professional that could step up to you. I would like to send prayers of peace and hugs to all your loved one.

I know you are resting with the angels! Germaine, my memory of you, your mother and father go back to my earliest childhood memories. It doesn´t seem like five years. You are missed by me, Beah and Mama.

Missing my cousin and remembering all the good times we had together...I can't believe it's been 5 years. I know you, Tarsha and James are in Heaven having some good laughs together. Your memory lives on in my heart always. Love and miss you Germaine.

I still miss you but I have some of the best memories of you as my friend and doctor. We still tell some of your funny stories. Buck and I still have not found a doctor that can compare to you.

Think of you so often during these trying times for science, medicine, and healthcare. I know you would be fighting the good fight and keeping us all healthy, laughing, and uplifted. You are greatly missed.
