Not sure what to say?

I am extremely sorry for your loss. Gerry was a kind person and great friend. I was always impressed by his desire to help others and spread compassion. He was such a wonderful person with so many talents. He will be missed. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Sincerely, Hugh Sproul, IV

I just heard this news and I am in complete shock. I met Gerry in the late 90's and we kept in touch over the years. We even considered breeding our labs together. Gosh, he loved those dogs! With both of us not being married or having kids, we bonded over our labs and our 4Runners. I am devastated, he was such a great man and Dog Dad.

Gerry, I will miss you brother! From our radio days, to our attorney client days, to days at Folly Beach, I will truly miss you. Rest in peace until we meet again.

What an incredible loss. I've know. Gerry for only 12ish years but he had become a good friend and confidant. He spoke to me on numerous occasions about his Mom and how much he adored her. Gerry has been there to help me through some pretty bad times in my life, but also there to laugh with me when things were great. I'm so glad I had the good fortunate to hang out with Gerry for a day at his place in Folly Beach. It was great to see him completely unwind while there! He was a great man...

Simply Thank You!! You will be deeply missed.

Just am totally shocked seeing this news today. Gerry was a good lawyer and I had the privilege of working with him right out of law school. I left the firm and he started his own firm. He helped us with trying to adopt my niece and nephew but things did not work out...but for the best. We remained friends on social media and I always knew he would succeed. This is terribly shocking to to hear and is heart wrenching. My condolences to his family. He will be missed.

I´ll miss you Gerry. Thanks for being there to bounce business ideas, legal theories and collaborating to solve the world problems. You cared for your clients so much and we´re making sure they´re good. Rest peacefully. Thanks for your friendship.

My deepest condolences to all involved. I worked for Gerry as his legal assistant as well as his social media consultant. Gerry and I often Would sing 80's songs and talk about movies we liked. He was very supportive of me and always checked on me when I left Coggin Law. I will miss his boyish ways and how he always wanted people to smile!

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Gerry and I graduated high school together and I have a lot of good memories of pickup basketball games and him joking around in class. He was a good guy. I´m deeply sorry for your loss.
