Not sure what to say?

Gerry was a great hockey player, but he was an even better man off the ice. While my father had a very hard time adapting to his post-hockey life, Gerry continued to thrive and grow and set a great example. His legacy remains as someone I will never forget. My brother and I are sons of Gerry's former teammate and friend. When my father (and mother) passed when I was 12yrs old, Gerry went out of his way to make sure me and my brother were in good hands. Everyone I had a chance to meet in...

I’m sorry for your loss. May your memories give you peace and comfort of your loved one. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of your loved one. May GOD be with you all during this difficult time. 1 Thessalonians 4:14For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus.

Words could not express how saddened l am about the passing of this kind man. I am grateful to have had the pleasure, and great honor to have worked for him. A most rewarding and fun experience. Also thankful for the joy he brought to my children with the opportunity to play countless hours of ice hockey year round, and various other activities while enjoying many fun-filled great summers at his camp. Best boss ever! Rest peacefully Gerry. You are loved by many, will be fondly remembered,...

Gerry and iI were childhood friends, and came up thru the minor hockey system together. We weren’t close, but he was a good, reliable friend who helped you no matter the circumstances. I always remember he was born on New Years and we had a few parties in our younger years.RIP,Gerry. You done it the hard way, and done great. Keith and Brenda Redman, and Jack Sangster.

I was sad to learn of Gerry's passing and my heartfelt condolences to Gerry's family. He was a hero of mine while I was growing up in Flin Flon. He was a regular at Phantom Lake golf course where I worked and we would often play golf together. I recall Gerry and I were playing a $ match against Craig Reichmuth and Ricky Hall where I had to make a 12 putt to win. If I missed I didn't have the $ to pay. Gerry said he would cover me. It was $12.00, a lot of cash for a 14 year old. Gerry...

Deepest condolences to the Hart family and friends
I was lucky enough to have had Gerry as a customer and more importantly as an industry friend
He was a very generous man helping out a mutual friend
Always unassuming, he will be sorely missed
God speed and RIP til we meet on the other side

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. May God provide a great peace during this time.

My condolences to all of Gerry’s family and friends.
I met Gerry in his years as an ice rink owner/operator. A “professional’s professional,” he sought to learn as much about the business as quickly as he could. My conversations with him will not soon be forgotten.
Rest in peace, Gerry.

My Condolences.
