Sending love and nice memories to his family. Jane Rosen

I will always remember him with love and admiration.

As a student at Woodlawn High School, I remember the loving way Mrs. Efron always spoke of her husband. While I did not have the opportunity to meet him ever, I know how much she loved him, and I send my deepest and most sincere sympathy. Your whole family will be in my prayers.

Dr. Efron and his influence were directly related to my looking forward to my rotations through Sinai Hospital. Dr. Efron's intelligence, teaching skills presentations are legend. As always Jane was shining her radiant self and making us all happy. I...

Condolences to Jane and the family. Dr. Efron was my most impactful surgical mentor, and my partner in the Sinai Surgical Associates. He was the best teacher of surgical judgement I encountered in my career. His gentle but direct teaching style has launched a generation of competent caring Surgeons.

Always a man to admire, who helped people see the right way to do things, think in another way. He always helped to make people better. I will always respect and adore this man.
